Tonight was a total experimentation in cheese melting.
1 crown broccolli
1/2 cube butter
8 oz cheddar
8 oz mozzerella cheese.
brown onion in butter, cut up brocolli and boil lightly in the stock and onions, after it’s cooked grate the cheese into the soup,
when it gets all yummy and gooey it’s scrummy and delicious and ready to serve
