So tonight in an effort to A eat more healthily, and B eat new things
we made honey mustard chicken.
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
4 chicken breasts
sliced bell pepper
clover shoots (think bean sprouts)
and whole grain pita bread.
mix honey and mustard, glaze chicken breasts and bake in 375 degree oven till done (Mine took about 45 minutes)
bring out, and let rest on chopping board for a few, slice
make sandwiches in the pita breads
DUDE this was so yummy
i bet it would be delicious with portebella mushrooms as well
must try this soon
