Vegetarian chili…..with out tomatos


Well now that’s a spiffy challenge and a half.

So we start with 1 stick of butter
soften some celery, and onions and garlic together
add some cumin, ancho chili powder a WEEEEE bit of paprika
some salt, (kosher sea salt at that)
beans….beans…beans and lots of beans
some jalapenos and some carrots…
some rice grain mixture

and voila…

its YUMMY
